Custom crosshair allowed?

Hello, I saw at some point in older videos that the game had a crosshair while in third person. And in some of the even "newer" vids , people had sometimes a dot that you usually have when shooting with a bow.

Is it a server option? I play on officials, I would like to know if I can use a crosshair too and if its bannable ofc.

It's a server option, sometimes our anticheat will ban custom crosshairs though. The only one it won't ban is the "monitor" included one.

Turns out my monitor does indeed has one, would that mean i am allowed for now to use it? Just to make sure :)

i think you should reconsider
youre basicly saying monitors with crosshairs are allowed by the fact you cant detect it

i dont see why having an overlay is bannable its not "auto aiming" its not "locking on" you still need to actually aim an overlay dosnt make you better....

you can have a crosshair and still be terrible at the game

gonna ban people that put tape on thier monitors?
ban people that mark it with sharpie?
just a dumb standard

It's not up to us, everything that interacts with the game itself through a software is detected by our anticheat and evaluated. If it's evaluated to be a cheat they will ban it. It's not a standard, it's entirely up to them. I'm saying that the monitor crosshair will not get banned.
