Hi Artanis Wesker,

No, there is no way to repair the puppet suit. Plus, if you are wearing it and decide to attack a puppet, the puppet (only the one you attacked) will then be able to "see" you and will come after you. If the puppet manages to hit you before you get rid of them, the puppet suit is likely to take damage in the same way any clothing item can. This can quickly decrease its durability.

You can also be caught in the "bombers" explosion....just so u are aware

maybe it should be repairable the same way you get it, ie you go to d1 with all the parts and only at midnight can it be fixed.
