You turn into Bunny.
My character before the 0.5 wipe had 3 or 4 at max, so not entirely the case. (My rifle and handgun skill got there without putting anything into them at creation.) That said, a lot will depend on how much time you put in. Getting 'all' of them there would probably make this true.
That's what I figured, but I threw it in for the OP's original interest. Sorry f I sounded like I was coming at you. Wasn't trying to.
:-O
Thanks for the useful feedback. How do the skills change as you progress towards the 10m? For example, rifle do spreads tighten?
Stealth, does it reduce your noise volume and or range you are heard?
Nice. Any hints on what happens at Advanced + or is that a sekret?
Does Advanced+ give any benefits?
I remember having tested that with BB while repairing "exploit" was still Active. Bringing my char from zero to max while checking how much more HP the walls have. Advanced+ did not give the walls more HP though, so i figured there is no benefit for Advanced+.
You'll have less spread, less recoil overall, reloads will be faster, fewer malfunctions. Here's a vid they made explaining it a bit:

Here's one for the stealth skill. It's actually for several and worth watching the whole thing if you haven't seen it. This was an early vid and some of the abilities weren't implemented. The stealth portion starts at 4:45.

Don't remember the exploit to be honest, what I can say is that the level of skill has nothing to do with base repairs.
You will most definitely see improvements if you manage to level up your rifle skill that high or melee combat.
Someone mentioned reload speed - I would like to add that the dexterity attribute influences your reload speed the most. So keep that in mind :)
It was a short time period where area of repair would bring huge amounts of exp when placing many elements right next to each other. It was known but that's why i put it in "".So that means that advanced+ has currently no effect on BB. Guess that's what the brick elements are planned for then.
