Isn't arrow linked to Archery skill ?
Thanks for the reply. Are you planning on giving custom start options similar to Project Zomboid, where players can tweak things like skill progression before they start playing the game?
Imo kinda defeats the purpose of playing a survival game tho
For sure, I agree.
I think it depends on how much time you want to spend leveling up. Skill progression in games like The Long Dark, Oxygen Not Included, and Project Zomboid is faster than in SCUM. That's not to say that one is better than the other, it just comes down to individual preference.
I actually like the idea of starting out with virtually no skills and having to work my way up, but I don't want to spend several real life days grinding through it. I think Project Zomboid's solution was great because players could tweak modifiers in either direction to suit their preferences.
