Report a translation problem
A lot of people are having problems with that including myself. But the developers didnt say anything. It will be fixed when its be fixed. Take it or leave it. Just play another game in the meanwhile.
me. not all the time it rains and much less than 0.4 but yes, still there. As soon the wind start to blow, fps drop. And so I think it's not related to the rain effect, but something elese.
I drop from 70 to 30...not to 8.
Thanks for not providing any hardware that might anybody trying to give you tips. Btw. fighting mechs is never a good idea. Best to leave them be

Also if you are using DX11 (Recommended) or DX12 (Not Recommended)
And did you check the min/max Hardware requirements?
Try lowering/disable some of the graphics settings.
Depending on your PC you might want to use DX12 over DX11, I have a significant performance boost when I'm using DX12.
So consider that not all PCs are the same and won't have the same exact performance with those options.
My specs, and DX12 still throws up errors (Will be replacing the motherboard today, trying to pin down a fault, hoping it's not the CPU or RAM):
