Standing and sleeping puppets?

A new species? Theyre standing but they sway around as they stand there. Drunk puppets. If i get too close they immediately attack or run and attack, no waking up animation in between. Theyre silent until. They dont roar like the old sleepers right when they raise.
Could be a glitch too, but ive seen so many already.
