You can. I did hear PingPerfect was a bit better for big servers. If your only going to do 10 slots. I would say go with G Portal.
GPortal were the first for SCUM and have been pretty stable since day 1 with servers below 40 players.
PingPerfect are new to me so haven't tried them but they seem expensive. If it means better hardware which in turn give better performance at 40+ players then that negates the price issue.
I have a PingPerfect that shows up as 100km on Battlemetrics and it's as if I'm playing local, the other thing is support, on fault of my own they responded literally under a minute.
The other thing I like and don't know if the others have it is the ability to back up the server in case something "unexpected" happens and the restore and reboot took minutes.
As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
The short time of period I tried it, it didn't seem like they bothered to update the server settings like they were supposed to.
I don't know about now though if things got better, but not exactly a good reputation.
I will put a good word for Ping Perfect though (I've used G-portal as well). Their customer support is absolutely perfect and always very helpful, and their game panel is very userfriendly
