What's the meaning of the rager?

We can't even put a bicycle or a motorbike in it. So, why they implemented it to begin with? I don't understand.

I hope there's at least more space in it than the other vehicles.

The Rager is much more different from other vehicles. As Marktkm already mentioned, it is the only vehicle that offers space for up to 6 people at once. It is also characterized by heavy armor and a huge cargo capacity, especially if you use the roof rack. With the currently highest top speed, it can shine on straight stretches, but it lacks sensitivity in curves, where it has significant problems if you go into them too quickly. The vehicle weighs a lot.

The Rager may be a capable vehicle, but I tend to rely on the WW as it is extremely maneuverable, handles corners brilliantly and can accelerate very quickly. The roof rack also gives me all the storage space I need, while the Rager is more of a source of income for me.

The Laika also has its own advantages and is generally the most balanced vehicle, although not the fastest. Its ability to drive effortlessly on any terrain without losing too much handling makes it very valuable for exploration, the Rager, for example, is better for long-distance transport.

Talking about roof rack, i've been told (and i've seen in a lot of videos) that it's bugged, it disapears often. I can't think anyone knowing this use it.

This is still the first and only roof rack, I have never damaged or lost it. Before that, it was on the rager I had before.

How can we paint the vehicles like that, please?
I have found a blue police color but can i paint an entirely car with it or it has only a small amount of paint inside?

What kind of box is the best to use with in this case?

There are a couple of patterns that are available, but the majority of patterns are accessible with the vehicle skin DLC - https://store.steampowered.com/app/2651720/SCUM_Vehicle_Skins_Pack/

To paint a car, put the color can into your hands and press and hold F while aiming at the car part you want to paint. Then you'll get the option to either fully paint the car part or use the patterns.

I won't buy DLCs, the game has way too much bugs. If i can fully paint my Rager for free then i'll do it. It's enough for me.
