To get a vehicle ready to drive you need at least the following parts:
3 wheels, 1 driver's seat, battery and motor.
The alternator and the fourth wheel are optional but should be added to the vehicle later if possible because with three wheels the probability of damage is higher and the battery cannot recharge without an alternator.
Regarding the fatal error with CarJack, the developers are aware of this as well as the disappearance of the Car Jack and they are working on solving the problem.
Unrealistic!
I drove cars sitting on a wooden box or a beer crate, even a camping chair worked fine.
I drove a car with a 4x4 shoved in between the body and the frame near the right rear tire cause the top mount for the shock had completely rusted away.
That will hopefully allow more utilization in the future for broken cars and cars in general, like car heating/insulation to survive cold nights, charging batteries and devices (generator) or as light source and other utility. Hoping for a camper as mobile base option some day with an expansion of camping gear and stuff.
Also with the "improvised" ability to move it, you can hide a damaged car or get it to places for repair. Rather than it either beeing stuck in a place and uninteractable or perfect for driving with nothing in between.
