It is, yes. I found one a couple days ago. It's sitting by my fridge waiting for me to find some food to store.

As the community says, it's still there, you just need to look harder :P

i find them in garages all the time, try towns with many garages, b2 and d3 are usually good for me i often find 2 or 3 at these towns.
