It will be a couple weeks and then they will be coming. Bases atm aren't worth the chnce to get caught.
No.
It takes "elite" cheaters a few minutes only to spawn in all the necessary stuff and they're back in business.
It best to go to their official discord and look at the reports there then form your own opinion.
I know all about that! Years ago, I recorded a cheater build 4 large storage shelves and place them into a garage. He then proceeded to fill them with spawned items all for breaking in to bases.
This was on a ***pve no lockpick players server ***OURS***
The normal players have not established much storage yet. Their bases are barely built.
There is not much loot stored in them yet for them to be worth the time to cheat steal the loot.
We go through this every update. it takes about 2 weeks from the update.
Atm you will see players being blocked in the armory or in the bank from getting in or out.
You will see players blocking other players from using their cars in the trader posts.
There are a few reports of bases being hit- cheaters going through walls.
This will increase in approx 1 week when legit players have something to steal.
Like I said the best place to go to see what really is happening is their official discord cheater reports section.
There is no way for us to know how many reports actually get submitted through the support method!

Fair enough. I just wanted to point out that a wipe won't stop cheaters from doing their s(d)ickhead business first day post-wipe.
1 report is that on an official pve server, players are pushing other players rides into the water and blowing them up. Then buying rides from the trader.
So that other players now don't have rides to find!
Then there is a report of a player calling out the locations of other players when he does not even have line of sight!
This bs is why I don't play anymore on officials!
About item spawning that is not possible using cheats, for a cheater to be able to spawn an item he would need to hack the server and change the database which can't be done using a cheat.
Oh really? Seems you're a bit behind. There's payware cheats that give you admin rights on any server.
They can do whatever they want as long as they're willing to pay monthly. Or once, depends. Wake up! There's nothing impossible lol. ;b
Same as always, first day after patch, Plane and 2 laikas got stolen from locked base, almost all chest were destroyed, cheater had no time coz we came back to base.
Oh it most definitely did happen Brada!
****That video was sent to you guys during the .75 update!****
Nothing that the player did showed up in any of the server logs.
*** Those were requested also and sent by another admin of ours***
***Same as what You did when you logged onto Our server, built a small base, 4 metal walls no doors/gates and placed a wooden improvised well. You did that looking into why the wells were going to 0 full with every server reset!
No where did I see what you did in the server logs that I can remember!
I learned that you were on because your flag showed up when I listed flags!***
I admined multiple servers for Scum. From Jan 2021 till march 2024 when they went no players for weeks!
I personally pay for servers of other games such as 7dtd, Arma reforger, PalWorld, Deadside, the Front.
You don't build a gaming community among friends and associates lying about things Right!
I have no reason to lie or even bend the truth there's nothing in it for me at all!
Also another reason not to lie or bend the truth we have no less than 6 streamers using our various servers.
One is a very well known and respected streamer of Scum!
I thought they were working on a proper anticheat, how comes casual gamers know about that ♥♥♥♥ happening, but game devs seemingly don't??
You see me seriously baffled...
SCUM Hacks what are they?
Many early access games tend to be lenient when it comes to detecting and banning people for cheating. This is because the developers have other priorities, such as creating new content and making sure that new patches and releases are stable. They may have an anti-cheat that can detect the most blatant uses of hacks, but manually detecting and banning accounts isn’t feasible for indie developers.
SCUM is no exception to this. The game doesn’t necessarily have a rampant problem with malicious hacking, and so the developers have adopted a laissez-faire approach. The anti-cheat that SCUM uses is Easy Anti-Cheat.
This is popular software that is used in many games. It’s simple, and cheap to include. It’s not the most effective solution, however. Unless your username in SCUM is “imusinghacks123”, you’re not likely to get banned by Easy Anti-Cheat.
It’s important to use the proper precautions, no matter which SCUM hacks you’re using. This includes not streaming your gameplay while using a hack, not talking about hacks in the in-game chat, and using settings that can help to make the hack undetectable. It’s also worth investing in a (deleted content) to keep you safe from a system ban if the worst were to happen.
I hope I'm not violating any guidelines.
“You can't see a problem you don't want to see.”
As long as the servers are flooded with “players” consisting of bots and cheaters, they are not empty. Goal achieved. You rent servers, the devs get their kickback, the chine--- cheaters pay their monthly fee, the money flows.
No, I play solo offline when the game is playable after a successful patch, not online.
