Some of the commands that can be entered are only possible with developer authorization. These commands are primarily for testing on special servers and are only used there.
These commands are therefore not available for normal gameplay.
thanks!
I have tried to use them like #setgodmode true but instead i receive "Not Authorized to execute command".
maybe i am missing something?
Then why enable the commands if people are not able to use them?
The single player game and the multiplayer game is basically the same with very few exceptions.
The devs have codes that pertain only to them that they can use on the official servers but also on the private servers when investigating issues.
For instance on our server as well as some other servers a while back, the wells would go back to 0 full after every server reset.
Brada logged onto our server, built a small base all walls, dropped a well so he could follow it's filling and emptying.
He had full admin rights logging on so that is/was written into the backside of the server files.
it's just easier if they are there already but inaccessible to us admins.
