Talking about diving? Various boxes, military boxes, the same loot as on land, no special loot.
Also you can find your own bones after a shark has munched on you, they are not found in boxes.

Diving for loot at the sunken ships can, as Sr. Morajsakom already mentioned, give you the same things that you can find at other loot locations.

As for the shark, that is an experience in itself, because it is very aggressive as soon as you enter deep water without a boat. However, you can definitely avoid the shark if you are clever about it. You cannot attack it in the water, but you can shoot it (if you have a place where you can stand) and thus take it out. So it is possible to kill it. If it grabs you, you can free yourself using a "mini-game", so to speak, but it will seriously injure the character, so you should be prepared to take on a shark in SCUM.

Last time I checked a shipwreck, I found a yellow screwdriver. Didn't dive though I was searching loot in the ship where you could still walk, although with feet in some water
