Deleting cars on dedicated server but not ones used by players

Hi team is there a way to delete (wipe) all the cars not used by players ? my friends and i play on our own server but once we have gone around and striped cars for parts to make complete cars to sell or keep is there away to wipe whats left to get fresh spawns . i know some servers have bots and a car registration system. but im not paying for that

Hello :),

No. There is no administrator command that deletes all "unused" vehicles. This is handled by the inactivity timer that is used for the vehicles. (Standard 10 days) This means that after 10 days of inactivity the vehicle will be deleted.

What you can do about remaining wreckage is, for example, destroying it when you come across it. On the other hand, time will help here or you can even get one of the vehicles back in working order, which can be expensive if one has been completely looted, but if you manage to do it and take it to the dealer to have an engine installed, you will ultimately have achieved a lot. :)

That is correct, and you can set the timer for inactive vehicles to be less than a day, so if that is something that would help you out with the request you have you are free to do so. As for the commands, there are only commands to destroy individual vehicles based on their ID or all the vehicles, there is no way to do anything else.

Why would you strip cars for parts, when you can just drive them to trader and sell them for a lot more?

If you just carry 4 wheels, 1 driver seat, 1 battery and alternator and 1 full jerry can. You can drive there, either drop your alt or friend off at the car. Drive to trader. Get your alt or friend to drive there. Strip the parts you installed and sell car for roughly between 10k and 25k. Rinse and repeat. Car respawns once you sell it, so its better for other players not seeing empty shells everywhere.

Also the parts you leave on the car add to the value. So you sell everything on the car in one go including the body parts that take several journeys otherwise. Plus you get paid for the chassis.

I easily make more money doing this, on a low population server with many cars around than I would farming bunkers. Up to 100k an hour if I'm lucky around windmills on Z islands.

Alternative if you have loads of money and don't need it. Use a grenade launcher or RPG every time you see a car.

You can burn cars with the flamethrower to make them disapear. Its roughly one full tank of the flamethrower to do so.
