Gold BCU Module Upgrade problem

hello guys i have problem when i try to upgrade my BCU module at the trader doctor i got a gray message that says 'you need to speak with a doctor ' even when i am in the trader medic vicinity and my Gold module in my hand fully charged 1/1 and the money on my pocket , what i am missing ?

Hello :),

First you need to interact with the Doctor so you can see the Trading window. If this is done right click on your BCU Module and purchase the Upgrade.

I had the same problem and a dev answered to let me know you have to stand closer physically to the trader NPC. Problem solved. For some reason the BCU Upgrade interaction distance and the Trader interaction distance are not the same.

I have had this same problem, I tried interacting with many of his sales, running away and coming back, relogging and getting closer like someone previously suggested and have had no luck.
