Yay another wall of text...
Didn't read it..
its probably a negative rant.
I would like to see puppets walking around in a town that I can snipe.
I would like to see the buildings have puppets in them that I can shoot through the windows.
Not rise up out of the ground like a necromancer spawn them or suddenly appear infront of me as it they teleported in!
Right now I'm using guns only with a silencer. Of course they will hear the shots but only in a small area and those u can handle with those guns.
The spawning mid-air is definitely annoying but no game killer. The peepers who spawn in front or on top of you are not so nice.
More like diablo 4 .... going down ... fast.
Feels very linear now. Game wants me to sneak around and use bow with very little other options, only variations of this.
or disappear (vanish in thin air) if you go two steps back only to come back immediatly if you go forward again.
This is especially true with cargo drops : I usually go silent with the bow and eleminate them all (after they magically appear in front of my eyes) before looting the drop .
Now today I had a shotgun and decided to have some fun so after they asked "Scotty" to beam them down in front of me I started shooting and of course ended up with with a gigantic amount of them chasing me :
guess what happened when "strategically retreating", backpedalling while killing some ... they suddenly all vanished as they were running towards me only leaving their dead comrades corpses.
I came back closer to the drop only to see the remaining ones rematerialize in front of my eyes again.
Try it for yourself.
Great immersion indeed !
(sorry for my english, not too sure of some words)
