What water is drinkable

Hello, I am a beginner and I wanted to know if it is possible to purify sea water, or what water is drinkable outside of bottled water and so, my character is with 13% water and I think he is going to die hahaha

You can drink any water except sea water/ocean water.
The water from a lake/pond, River/stream etc is perfectly fine to drink. If you find a bottle of any sort - if it's empty turn it into a rain collector and keep it in your inventory. When it starts to rain you collect the water and drink it. Be aware you cannot put a filled water collector back in your inventory or the water will get lost. But crafting a small bottle rain collector is good for emergencies
