Screenshots
Hello, I have a question? There is a photo mode in the supporter pack. The pictures that can be taken there can be called up in the "screenshots" file. But when I take pictures, they cannot be found there. The pictures are not saved. My question is, is there a bug here? or! must Should I change something in the settings? Could it be that they are saved somewhere else?

Hello :),

Depending on what you use to take the screenshot, it is saved in different locations.

For Steam screenshots (default F12):
Steam\userdata\46942816\760\remote\513710\screenshots

For screenshots saved with the game function (space bar):
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\SCUM\Saved\Screenshots

Thanks for the help. But unfortunately the pictures I take with the photo mode from the supporter pack are not saved. they are nowhere to be found. Unfortunately I can't follow the file path you specified. I only get as far as the username. then it's over. app data is not displayed to me. If I type it into the search bar, it shows up as an error.

AppData is a hidden folder. Type %localappdata% into your windows search bar and you'll get to it.
Or set hidden folders to visible in the windows settings.

Oh and also, if you're ever having trouble with the game not starting or something and someone comes in telling you to delete the saved folder within AppData/Local, remember to backup your screenshot folder beforehand!
Why they set screenshots to be saved in that location is beyond me.
Anyway, good luck!

What Andi said.

You can also just copy paste the whole path into the address bar, it should take you right where you need!
If you plan to take a lot of pics (do it!) maybe creating a desktop shortcut of the folder will make it easier and remove the need to go to appdata everytime.

Cheers!

That's a good idea, I've already saved the file path. Now it's easier to find the pictures. Luckily they are all there that I made.

Thank you for the info. That was the crucial clue. I have now ticked the “hidden elements” tab. Now appdata is finally displayed to me.
