Deactivate mechs?
Hello, I have a question? I play in solo mode and use the admin helper. I recently had a mech event. I was able to successfully destroy 3 out of 5 mechs. I couldn't destroy the remaining 2. I suspect that you had a bug. The grenade fire had caused no damage whatsoever, even though the 'Mech was standing right in front of me. Is there a way to deactivate the mechs in solo mode using the admin helper? or is this only possible if you rent a server? I would like to only activate the mechs every now and then when hosting a mech event.

You can disable the sentries in the "Server Settings".
Tab "World", Subcategory "NPC".

you can turn them off by changing the settings, once you are in game hit esc then goto server settings find mech setting and change it to 0

Ah, that's how it works. Unfortunately, everything in the settings is in English. and I've been out of school for over 40 years. There is hardly anything left of the school English. I'll check the "NPC" setting again. Thank you for the info.

I found the setting. It's not easy if you don't speak English, but now I can activate or deactivate the mechs myself as I want, to compensate I have increased the number of zombies. It's fun to fight against the zombies and I'm already looking forward to the next one mech event in sector B2 on the large airfield

Does anyone know if you as a server admin can disable sentries locally? If you dont want mechs in a certain area only.

I once had a mech event on a private server. There are mechs spawned all over the map. I conclude that you can only activate or deactivate all mechs.

They are whole map on or off that's it!
