Abandoned Bunker - 190hr cooldown ?

I own my own server and wanted to do an abandoned bunker pass through.

I did it once before, and now there are insane cooldown timers on all of them. 190 hours ! How can I reduce this ? My friends are literally waiting.

There are now only 2 active at any time, need to check them all to find an active one, or acquire a keycard for one of the inactive ones.

I got same problems, went into server settings and turned all 17 bunkers to be on "Server settings- World - Subcategory/world" and then athe the bottom abandoned bunker active number to 17. Which should be all but i went to C3 bunker and it said active in 73 hours, ive tried spawning keycards but cant seem to open it, sorry i cant bring a solution but i am also hosting for 4-5 of my friends who just enjoy the Pve and fooling around in this game and dont feel like using 4 hours plus looking for a open bunker.
