Keycard Spawn Rate
The recent changes to the keycard spawns over the last few months have been welcomed and have gone a long way to help balance raiding. Killbox cards being limited to dropping only from mechs and airdrops was a good move, and the 24hr time limit to being able to spawn another blue or yellow bunker card was also a good idea.

However, it now seems either all these changes are bugged, or worse, they have been removed.
You can find a blue or yellow bunker card again as soon as the timer expires, for the same bunker or a different one, it makes no difference, as soon as the timer has expired it’s easy to just find another card.

With the rework to the abandoned bunkers the killbox cards got added to the spawn pool in the level 2 armoury, the cards currently spawn in all lockers within the armoury, rusty, iron and silver. But again, there is no timer to their chance of spawning. I found two cards less than four hours apart, and the next time I went to the bunker I found a third, which was less than 24 hours later.

Hopefully this can be fixed before the new patch drops, as limiting the bunker cards to 24hrs and the killbox cards to 72hrs is important for the balance of the game.
