Why do plants keep rotting?
As soon as they start to rot, no matter how many times I spray them with disinfectant, they start rotting again in less than 20 minutes! I want to know how to completely cure them or how to prevent it when planting them.

You can't. They produce a few crops then whither and die!

Even trees rot in no time, like in the real world, i never seen an apple tree older than 2 weeks outside..... ;)

After a while plants will wither and die, that is correct.
