The developers are very active in communicating with the community. We make sure that we can give everyone feedback regarding their questions, impressions, ideas or problems with yours as well. :)
If you have any questions, you can ask them at any time. There is no direct tutorial, however. However, here in General Discussions I have a pinned topic that deals with Getting Started and it will be adapted to the 0.85v very soon. :)

But joking aside, the game world is yours, so you're free to explore it. Above all, it is survival. Surviving in a strange situation with what you can find.
Exactly what you want to do and how is entirely up to you. Do you like to rob other players ? Do you like exploring etc. so it's entirely up to you what you like to do and how.
You launch with the parachute and as you have already found out (It will be shown in a small control message) the "F" key is for opening the parachute. You can also use the mouse wheel to speed up or slow down the fall (just be careful not to lean too far, or the parachute won't open.)
Once you've arrived, it's best to familiarize yourself with your controls. I have summarized all this in the Scout Tutotial Help topic. From here it is of course up to you where you want to go. Some areas are more dangerous than others but you can often tell by the visual appearance. So the area to the east with brown foliage is one of the most dangerous areas if you are unprepared. But you can fix it.
Make a small start for yourself. Craft a stone ax and a bow so you are armed. These are very easy to make and you can get ammo for free almost anywhere. To make a stone ax you first need a knife. Look for stones on the ground and search them until you have 4 pieces. 2 of the stones you can now select with your inventory open, right click and craft a stone knife. Now find some bushes and cut them down. The bushes will lose long and short wooden sticks. First of all we need 6 small ones. You can cut the long ones with a knife. Once you have the 6 mark 5 Small Wooden Sticks and craft an Improvised Bark Rope by marking all and right clicking on the knife. When you have the rope take the 2 more stones, craft a small ax head. Then highlight the last stick, the rope and the ax head and right click on one of the items, now select the stone ax as craft. You can craft bows and arrows in the same way. The ax is more useful here than the knife because it can bring more yield if you cut things down with it, but it can also chop down trees and make planks from which you can then make a wooden club and other useful things.
This works with a variety of items and recipes. You can find recipes for crafting by pressing Tab, then on number 2. Depending on your engineering skill and survival skill, you can unlock more here.
Long loading times can be due to HDD drives. They usually need longer Time to load everything.You may want to share your System Specs once with us if you need a bit of advice for settings. :)
Regarding Server Connection there is currently a problem reported and the Developers actively working on it.

Why they don't fix bugs little by little? If they wait too much, they won't be able to do so there are so many... Even bugs will bug.
Game is in EA, has come a VERY long way since EA release. More to add still (factions, missions, bosses, creatures, cave systems, etc) Learn game, check vids, see what the road map is (based on pass info on twitter, discord and forums) to get a better idea of where game is at in development.
seems ur running on an APU Laptop, however still ensure game is on SSD if u still having the long loading issue well might just be ur system or win11...... maybe u have a friend that can test on theirs.
not to be mean or something but you talk like one of those tell what people wnne hear chat bots that say the same thing over and over.. there are things wrong with the game for like months.. and non of them has being fixed and then we bring up the things that kill the game those being ignored and then 7 updates further new stuff added nothing fixed of the things that kill the player base.. i mean i have this game since ea release even you have to see those points right..?
