ain`t they the non-rechargable type, so probably not possible to recharge them.

when i press right click, there is an option to charge but never lights up

generator and battery jump cables in proximity to charge up the battery's?

Hello :),

The blue batteries are not rechargeable, only smartphone batteries can be charged using a full car battery and starter cables. You can also transfer energy from one car battery to another using cables.

Batteries can be used to recharge devices or the Vehicle. Devices are NVG, flashlights aswell as radios or boom boxes.

And we charge the car batteries by use of the alternator in the car?

Thats one way to charge a car Battery. you can also fill it with other Car Batteries by using the Jumper cables.
