Rebar Cutter what can it be used on?

Title. I feel I might have asked this awhile back, but I forgot what it actually does in game currently.

It makes the improvised workbench for your base which is only good for sharpening edged weapons that's it atm.

Most people will say it doesnt do enough damage, which is probably why he left it out. While its always be better to use top quality bullets, its not going to make a helluva a lot of difference.

i mean i've killed plenty of players with the improvised bullets, it just takes skill in actually hitting your shots is all.

and it's really really nice to have a surplus of ammo even if it's lower quality.
