I wish devs could make batteries to really show number / level of charge, like with NVGs.
The battery chargers have a maximum charging rate. The more batteries there are in the device, the more this charging strength has to be distributed across the different elements.
Larger chargers have a stronger charging rate. A medium charger can often charge a battery very well and clearly, while the largest charger naturally has the strongest charging rate.
The symbolism 0/10 has nothing to do with the actual charge, this is displayed in red lettering when you move the mouse over the battery, and the charging rate is also displayed here.
Ok, so what exactly does the 'x/10' indicator even mean? With other consumables, it generally indicates 'uses', or how much of the item remains available for use. So if that doesn't indicate remaining charge in the battery, what exactly DOES it indicate? If it doesn't indicate the remaining available charges, then it shouldn't even be on there, as it's just terribly confusing for no reason.
If i am not misstaken it is a leftover from how they worked before.
As a side note, I couldn't even insert the little blue batteries at all, so I assume that must mean they are not chargeable?
The blue batteries aren't rechargable. I have the same problem with a small generator and large battery charger. The charger didn't show the battery to be full after a day of charging. I went ahead and took it out. It showed fully charged then. I've read the battery charger does charge it's the display that's buggy. That seems to be the case for me.
