Large Battery Charger, Repair less than 50% durable
When we created the Large Battery Charger, the endurance value was less than 50%. Even after repairing it, 50% was the limit.
Is this a specification?

Hello :),

In what condition was the charger when you wanted to repair it ?

You probably used low durability materials when you crafted

Thank you for your concern.

When we built the large battery charger, the endurance value was, I believe, 12%.

I was so surprised at the low endurance value that I immediately repaired the Large Battery Charger without turning it on.

I still had some remaining electrical repair tools.

Yes, that is correct.
When I created the Large Battery Charger, I was prepared for the low endurance value.
However, I imagined that with repair, it would recover to 100% endurance value.
The result was that the durability value could not exceed 50%.

I do not know what component caused the low endurance value. Perhaps the cause is a nail.

Every item that falls under a certain durability value (not sure if its 26 or 21%) will only be repairable up to 50%.

OMG!
I did not know that.
That was very helpful. Thank you very much.

i think the threshhold may even be 49%. once it goes under 50% you can only repair it to 50%

Any item that drops from 20% will not reset to 100%. So never create or let items drop from 20%. If this occurs it can only be repaired up to 50%.
Thank you all very much.

Next time I build something, I will make sure it is not less than at least 26% durable.

In this case, I think it was the nails.
Of the 10 nails, I think it was affected by the nail with the lowest durability value.
The majority of the 10 nails were new. It was not a good idea to use the battered nails obtained from the scrap car.

Almost. If an item falls below 20% durability it can not be repaired above 50% anymore. However, this does not apply to firearms like Pistols and rifles. They always can be repaired to 100% even on conditions below 20%.
Oh, I see that weapons are an exception.
Surely the KATAKANA could be repaired to 100% even if its durability value is less than 20%.

This experience was very good for me.

Thank you all.

Damn!
After all the time I've spent in the game I didn't know that!
I always thought the 20% limit would count for weapons too and never picked one up that was below it!
Thanks a lot for that info!

Thanks, i had no idea that was the reason :) Also is there anyway of preventing the clothes to get that "patched" look? i hate to always be buying the same clothes over and over to keep my style consistent..

The only way to prevent it is by not getting your clothes damaged below i think it is 80%. If it falls below the clothes will be patched.
Personally i like the patchworks, looks pretty nice on some combinations. :D
