Trade Areas being PVE zones not Safe Zones? and Safe Storage?

Is it still the goal for the dev team to make Trade Areas not safe zones but areas with NPC Guards and a NPC "Leader"/gang leader super boss guy?

Asking for a few reasons.
One I thought this was what the plan was back during 0.6 during when you were talking about them in the future dev posts.

Two, people sitting "on the line" and camping people is getting tiring. The safe zone thing needs to go. Fine is debatable about camping trade being a viable strat...but its BS IMO, should be no safe zones.

If you start ♥♥♥♥ in a trade area, you were supposed to piss off the guards or what ever to where you would get shot on sight and have to pay a fine or what have you or be banned from going to the trader again without being shot on sight.

Also what happen to being able to store a small amount of items for a price at the bank?
I thought I read you would be able to store about a backpack's worth of items in a secure safe box at the bank for a price based on the type of goods stored.

they had a lot of plans back then but how many will happen is anyone`s guess, remember the bar lady was suppose to offer more than food and drink, i don`t expect that will change even after 1.0 this world right now is too sensitive for scum to allow prisoners to have sex, even the ai idea`s and npc`s beyond what exists right now might be the limit especially if they stick with ue4.27 which i believe they will, many pc`s just can`t run ue5 or better so don`t expect that for a couple more years, we might be close to 1.0 but i don`t think is going to be much different than it is now, maybe they should stop for a while and let scum settle down, only doing bug fixes and getting the game to run well.

People in Ck3 .....well if you know what Ck3 is...nuff said.
Theres sex in alot of games.

If the Devs said well have prostitution npcs in this game then dont actuelly do it and claim some kinda woke ♥♥♥♥, then they are full of ♥♥♥♥.

Litterally buy the service -> Fade to Black -> jokie joke sex noises -> fade back in outside the saloon with exhuastion or stress or what ever reduced.
