I have vitamin D deficiency, what should i do?
In the game, of course xD

(it seems vitamins pills don't help me)

Milk and sardines seems to be the best sources. Some mushrooms give you a small amount.

Never seen any mushrooms in my SP game... But i have milk.
What will happen if it come to 0%? I have it at 2% and all others at 98% i think there is something wrong. (i have only eat what i found and even if it's rotten).

Don't sweat it right now. The only nutritional problems you'll encounter in the game at this point, are starvation and poor healing/exhaustion recovery rates from low energy. Being low on any particular nutrient won't hurt you... yet. They will eventually make that happen, or so they tell us. Hopefully when they do, they'll balance out the availability of all of them. Right now, vitamin D is pretty hard to come by.

Hello :),

In principle, as already mentioned, one of the best sources of vitamin D is sardines. These can certainly restore up to 50%. But other types of fish, eggs, milk and various mushrooms also have vitamin D. I usually like to grab canned sardines and tuna for a quick bite. Both combined result in a protein boost that hardly any other food achieves, sardines also add an acceptable level of fats that can ensure survival very well.

Mushrooms are all over the place............they grow in the woods.
You might want to examine them first some aren't healthy for you and one will give you a trip!

Unfortunately, that's not particularly good advice. The vitamin in its form is very important for the body. Deficits in real life have a negative impact on the health of the body and mind.

On the subject of vitamin D, one of the things I heard about this game prior to buying it was that players can absorb vitamin D by being in sunlight. I tried this, and then tried it nekkid with no results. Anyone got any insight on this. Cut feature or Chinese whispers?

there was a time where you could just undress and walk in the sun to get your vitamin D up but i geuss they removed it like many other things that worked back then
