Cant add rear wheel to dirtbike.

I am playing single player and I came across a dirtbike with the rear wheel off. After finding one to add to it, it will not let me add the wheel. Is it a different wheel type than the front tire? I cannot nudge or move it, so if it is because I am too close to a house, is that the reason it wont let me install it? I guess I am hooped then eh?

Front and rear wheels of the dirtbike are different, and you need a car jack to remove/install wheels.
And you can nudge only the cars (at least at the moment).

Front wheel is 90, rear wheel is 110 (whatevers).

You can also tell the difference visually.
The front wheel only has a brake disc, while the rear wheel also has a chain gear (or sprocket).

Still doesn't help, same problem can't replace wheels
