Can you water crops with saltwater?
Just wondering real quick if you can water with saltwater without it hurting the crops or you need to take steps to get freshwater.

in reality salt is bad for plants and even soil as it will make it so nothing grows not sure how it would work in game you could check online such as google for an answer since the devs pretty much make their own rules to the game.

Got around to test it myself. Not getting a prompt to water with salt water in a watering can. Fun fact, can water with a soda.

I've heard Brawndo has what plants crave.

I genuinely have to start pissing on them. Fresh water is too hard to come by where i`m located.

Salt water doesn't count as water in the game right now at all, eventually it will hurt your plants. So basically only drinks that have the "water" bar in your metabolism will also water your plants for the water % they have.

Does peeing on the plants water them? I can genuinely not tell if they are watered or not. Also any watering seem to spend the entire container on one watering unless you cancel it. Is that as intended?

It does, the hitbox might not be intuitive though. Try checking all of the rectangles that you have around. Maybe you peed on multiple.

The watering part with container is intended for now.

Can you then please fix that bug with "watering cans" emptying theirselves when i put them into my backpack or trunk of my car? I can build ONE fointain in our flag-area, and it's not providing enough water for my garden at all. Also rain isn't doing enough.

Salt water isn't working. I can't pee on my whole garden lol ... I struggle with 10 water bottles, constantly driving to the next river to fill them up ... is this really the only solution?
