Firstly, you can't run in the hazmat suit. It's ridiculously tedious to loot the area at a jog pace. Secondly, the irradiated items are very, VERY annoying to deal with later on. The benefit just isn't worth it.
If they keep increasing the # of radiation zones throughout the game and make this a main game mechanic, I'll just quit. The devs keep taking this game in directions that aren't fun/enjoyable.
Yes yes I know, one can deal with radiation and all your contaminated gear, but for what actually?
Maybe there's something upcoming in the long run that's making it worthwhile to visit those irradiated places but you won't see me there until then.
With that said, to call the whole sector a no-go zone feels like a widely spread misconception. A no-go for establishing a base, sure. As far as travelling through the zone, we do it multiple times a week with no protection, no cleanup required and no issues, you just need to not care about the "radiation presence". Hell, you can quickly clear the C0 bunker, which is in the radiated zone, using only a Potassium pill as countermeasure and not have to worry about much consequences afterwards, unless you stop for a picnic!
If you completely avoid travelling through the whole zone, avoid going to cargo drops nearby, avoid the bunker and gas station, you are doing it to yourself!
lmfao when did they make hazmat and uranium boxes cowbar able? i really doubt thats possible.
do you NOT read?. you should read this then
im one of the few people that truly understand what scum is and has been from the start

when i am critical of scum its DAMN RIGHT gonna be valid
and still holds true. nuclear plant is basicly USELESS ATM just stating a fact.
and if you really wanna go at it i would have suggested NOT to include the power plant until they had electrical ready to go or SOMETHING to make it less useless as it is right now if you ask me they pushed power plant BECAUSE the people that beach and moan
for more content and they pushed this out for those kiddos
Fully aware scums not finished and grasp why.
miss me with that "not understanding that scums not finished game"
Maybe if those lockers had the same tier of locks as the police station ones. ;)
A medium lock is quite doable even if you don't do the training. You just waste more resources. Bring 2-3 yellow screwdrivers and tons of pins, and you're fine.
And this without any help from special keyboards. Just lower the mouse DPI.
If you know where to search for, you'll find them. Not that hard.
But you can use red ones too, you just need more inv. space.
Also make it spookier like with a new type of mech-I mean you would think that this would be a place to have had them right.
Or maybe another puppet, one that is tied to that area alone. A real bad ass hard to kill, slow puppet that just hunts your ass down or some fast skinny easy to kill but come out of no where. One that would be stealthy and go for the back attack or jump from roofs-something.
