How to change name of others as admin?

I am hosting an event and read one of the admin updated that stated that #setfakename would allow admins to change the name of others. I was excited because it would add some cool immersion to the event and I could remove the names after it. I have been trying to do this for a while, but have not been able to find the right commands. Does anyone know the right command for allowing the admin to change another players name with this command?

Pretty sure it's

#setfakename SteamID NewName

and

#ClearFakeName SteamID

Also if it doesn't work this way
#setfakename SteamID NewName
Try:
#setfakename NewName SteamID

Try it on yourself for test :)

I was able to try it out and <#setfakename SteamID NewName> worked for me.

I can only change First name and not last witout like _ or . how can i set a whole fake name?
