Car part size question.

Are the hood, back hatch and, seats to large to fit into the vehicle's inventory? It's difficult to tell since you cannot see their total size.

I couldn't fit a car seat into the inventory. I don't think it's too big. Seems we aren't allowed to do it.

I guess if you were worried about someone taking your vehicle while say, your in a bunker, you could just pull the driver's seat. Place it in a chest and bury it...but, you can't.

It's stupid you can't put a seat or car part into your car. I found a part for a friends car and can't move it unless I hand carry it across the map. Stupid. Parts should be small enough to fit into the cargo of a vehicle. Even if it takes up 50% of the total cargo space.

Tech01 technology guys, the car seat is actually the size of the vehicle but only shrinks to appropriate size when installed.

Currently we have some items that don't fit in any inventory, it's bugged and it's being worked on. You will be able to carry almost everything in the car/wheelbarrow inventory.

Was this ever address? We just started playing this week, and the only way we could get a seat from the Z3 vendor to an A0 vehicle was walking it 90% of the way. We did find that someone could log on and hold it and sit in a boat with it - but they cant put it in the RIS inventory or in the improved chest inside a medium storage rack. I just found a car in B3, but it needs a seat, and the outpost is in B4 which is a darn hike when we have a boat and a RIS available.
