The character legs (and by extension their body) looks normal at 60 FOV, but oversized at 90 FOV.
Below are some screenshots of my character compared to some items for reference.

Sorry again if I wasn't clear in my initial post.
Everything looks too big and up close as if you have t-rex arms and I do not enjoy playing first person in this game anymore, especially the fact that you only see the tip of your toes, as if you have a hunchback.
If I am to play this game in 3rd person then at least allow us to zoom the camera view or the angle of the character, that way we can keep playing the SCUM that we love.
All I want to know is if there is a way to adjust/change the value(s) so it doesn't look strange when I'm walking about in first person.
Below is an example of viewmodel/weapon FOV manipulation in FNV. Both screenshots are at 120 FOV, with different viewmodel FOVs.
at 60 viewmodel FOV: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2885498492
at 95 viewmodel FOV: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2885498477
See how I can see much more of my character's arms? This is what I'm referring to.
Here's a URE4 forum post with more info on viewmodel rendering. https://forums.unrealengine.com/t/how-to-implement-panini-projection-for-first-person-weapon-separate-fov-for-weapon/106976
you can still see old FPV with some animations and it's not stretched and everything looks fine so the real reason for change to this ugly new FPV is something else....
+1
Totally agree.
Yes please! :)
