Yes, this is correct. It's a free choice. In some cases the Admin Helper is better. Otherwise the Admin Manager is 100% costless. But again it's a free choice. I just inform that the Admin Manager exist.

I have never paid a cent for Admin Helper, so I don't know if your "cost-less" comparison is valid. I do understand that you can donate and get a key for "preview features", (what ever that is) and reminder emails. (again whatever those are)

The donation is completely optional. You receive a completely functional tool without paying a dime.

That is not 100% correct. There a some limits on the Admin Helper. For Example: If you want to manage more than 2 packages you need a "license key". You get a license key if you donate 5$ (or €?). But you are right: The Admin Helper is a good tool too. In some cases (create packages, interactive map) more comfortably as the Admin Manager.
