Report a translation problem
They doin that mostly 0 Line dropping since the new mapextension. There is definately something wrong with your "RNG".
If i had to guess i would say there are just more potential spots in the 0 row. So if the total number of possible landing spots is let say...20 in a sector but in the 0 row that potential is 50. Then just by virtue of that you would end up with more drops in the zeros no matter how random it is.
I think your RNG is playing favorites :-) On our test server I set it up so drops run every 30 seconds with a 1 hour destruction timer so they all stay on the map, Each set is 30 mins long with a server reboot before each set. I was the only one on the server and I was sitting in the middle of the map. This is what I got.

Nice one. It's what many of us have been saying a long time. There must be some more/other way of randomization devs can do
