Climbing up the dam is a bad thing?

Wait, what?!?

Am I to believe that only letting one climb just high enough to reach the slots was unintentional? I thought it was brilliant - the slots were an excellent place to cook your kill and enjoy the view, practice your sniping skills, or set up camp. Not sure why else you would model them if they can't be accessed...

BTW you can still climb up the dam, just now its halfway up to the slots :(

Yea,would have to agree with you there, I thought it too was a brilliant idea, and with the Mechs there it really wasnt as simple and just walking up, you had to time it right, Hmm, I hope they will reconsider it in the future.

i did this from day1 and had my shelter/chest`s up inside the dam wall
sniping ppl who are at the backside of the dam buildings.
the best place i found in scum.
it amazes me that not everybody knows about that place :)

I thought they were talking about the little rock ledge on the north side that you could walk up the dam and reach. I always use that to sneak in/out of that area. Thankfully, you can still get in/out the same way, but it has been changed slightly. You now kinda need to jump from the wall onto the rock... can't just walk anymore.

That's not me.
My point was that there is nothing to "enjoy". At least not the view.
