What can I do to level up my skills faster?

I've already set two lines to see if it changes something, but I see no difference at all. I have made many tests yesterday night.

I've changed time of the day speed and body simulation speed.

Thoose setttings doesnt apply to Level up faster, theres no (Legal) way to level up as intended from the Developers.
If you try to faster level up strength as example, use the heaviest load you can get and walk / run .

It includes someone who made a python script to alter his save. I make absolutely no claim regarding whether it works (haven't tried it) or if EAC will, at some point, have an issue with it.

I know that I can level up 3 of the 4 major skills.
I also know that INT can't be levelled up, only DEX CON and STR.
Also DEX and CON I know that they are capped at 5.0. Does that apply to STR? Or can you level up STR past 5.0?

while in game skills can be altered and levelled up with str skill going up to 8 i believe, i never been past 5 so i don`t know what effect being an 8 would have, the skills in game and altering them is too much messing around for me, so i instead focus on a different set of skills, ones the devs can`t change or alter easily, my skills as a player these are the most important skills of all, being able to solve problems goes beyond one game, spotting clues quicker than other people, reacting faster and making better choices, how i play the game and use characters in game, these skills are what i focus my time on simply because i control them up to a point.

Nice! I have tested the script and now my character is maxed. Something that is nearly impossible to achieve playing normally.

Zip your EAC folder and use cheat engine. SP only.
With EAC zipped you'll have to start the game from the .exe
Then go single - load - character- ok
