However in the description of the /30 it says initial versions used German Zeiss scopes, while later they were used the Soviet PU (for obvious reasons). It says that the bolt handle was different (longer) but the way it reads it looks like this refers to both Zeiss and PU scopes. Anyway the ZF-39 compability with mosin may be an interim solution
the m91/30 No5 (PU) did have a scope , but not the m91 No1.
