dope, yea i figured it out after awhile..im hoping its damage output is good though aswell..considering a mosin doesnt hit softly

Not weird. Actually early sniper versions of Mosin-Nagant were using Soviet copies of Zeiss design scopes

It hits hard, dropping puppets with one shot at long range where the same shots with a Kar98 would require at least 2

its just a kar98 reskin..uses svd ammo...kar98 scope...does same damage as kar98

To be correct here. The SVD uses Mosin Ammunition because the ammo was invented with the Mosin. It is 7.62x51mm R or Mosin M1908/30 bullet.

they had the PU scope ingame a while back, it was on the mosin for events, but it got changed to the k98 scope with lock and load i think? dunno what's going on there.

7.62x54R actually. It was created for the Mosin Nagant model 1891. The Mosin Nagant in game is the Model 1891/30. This has the upgrades to the front & rear sites, shorter barrel, and round receiver adopted in 1930.
