Lockpicking u Settings

Hy guys. i just want to know wich Settings do u use for lockpicking. Dpi, ingamesens and maby Graphik ? i try like 400 hours ore more and i am to stiupid.... i try all and nothing works for me.

I lover down sensitivity to 20 - 25 and have my DPI set to 1200 with button to lower it to 800 if needed.

I have a very sensible setting especially on DPI i set the highest possible mode with 15.000 DPI which i normally used for drawing but get used to it for gaming. :)

The thing is, its best to adjust your lockpicking sensitivity yourself via the in game menu. There is a sensitivity setting for lockpicking only. You shouldnt really need to change DPI if you do this, but if its set VERY high, you might need to lower it somewhat. But over all, its best to adjust this with the in game lockpicking sensitivity to avoid you having to change settings every time you want to lockpick.

The best way to do this is to adjust it while you practice on the lockpicking board. The way to do that is to try lockpicking and if you overadjust with your pin you need lower sensitivity, if you underadjust with your pin you need higher sensitivity. If you dont understand what I mean by that, you need to practice a bit more until you understand it.

For some people it helps to turn down your render setting to potentially increase FPS. The more FPS the better. Its common to turn it down to about 30-40 render resolution.

450dpi 20% lockpicking sense in settings

6-7 tries for golden lock in avarage. Sometimes 3 in a row sometimes it take 20 tries.

But its not only about mouse settings, you need proper and CLEAN mousepad, good mouse and good keyboard with less input lag, more fps always better, turn off v-sync! Renderdistance 30-40 for better performance if you have weak GPU.

And then practice practice practice

Usualy im doing 50-100 golden locks per day

NEED to rebalance gaining skill points from opening locks... 250 points per golden lock is a joke. How to lvl 10.000.000 points from adv to adv+ ??!!!

Hi, i lockpick with 500DPI and inGame Sensivity of 11 :) For Gold Ones i need 2-3 Trys.
