Cell phone, battery and others

I found so many cell phones and batteries, but useless to use. Is there a forecast for these items to be used? Likewise, other items that are in the game, inform the function, but are not being used.

Hello :)

With batteries you can e.g. Recharge night vision devices, radios, flashlights and vehicles. Even a trap needs a well-charged car battery in order to function / be refilled. :)

And....

Cell phones can be used for the silent alarm trap that notifies you when someone sets it off.

You can set multiple silent traps with different names and you get notifications for each named trap
