The game is stuck on the Download
the download is finished but its still stuck on the download that it wont install the patch or start the game

hi looks like you have it paused hit the resume button on the righthand side

do you have enough Disk space ?
Did you try to restart the PC and then continue the download ?

If all doesnt help i fear you need to restart the download

And/or clear out the downloads sub-folder under the Steam main folder (while Steam is closed). Sometimes that data is corrupted.

Ok , i re-installed the game -.-!! that was the only solution xD

manually "INSTALL" the "Scum Anti-cheat" as it had a "Repair Service" built into it(this is found in the Scum Files....Logic Dictates Scum has to be Started thru the Anti-Cheat service to prevent "HACKERS" from using non authorized files...you "CANNOT" bypass the Scum Anti-Cheat service
