Car battery charging

I have found a car in a garage, limited fuel and health but the battery is dead, suppose I now have to find a battery and jump leads to charge it, am I right?, yes garage is now locked.

You can charge car battery with any other battieries you find, like 9v block, or smartphone battery, or other not empty car battery. Cables are in the game but of no use at this moment.

If you have a friend with you , you can actually start the car in an alternative way ( have one guy in the driving seat trying to start the car and the other guy pushing the car from behind ). It's also doable by going down the hill.

HOW? I have almost full car battery next to my car and i do not have any command to charge it.

Have the battery on you or in your hands, then hold the F key, and it should give you the charge option.

No. I hold it outside of the car, press F or inside the car with battery on me, no charge command appears.

And you're standing close to the car and have your cursor placed on it when you press F? If that doesn't work, dunno. Try logging out and back in, sometimes that makes things work.
