died to a mine, cant find body

Body probably got up and walked off. Was probably watching you from the treeline...

Two options:
1. bug and body disappeared but m8s might be able to find it.
2. You died at a hill and your body rolled down. It is there but you did not search carefully enough.

As mentioned already above, it's highly possible that either someone looted you or your body was launched by a mine blast to a nearby place.

I thought this was also a known bug. In SP I died a couple of days ago and got back well within time to find just my rifle and melee weapon. My body, backpack and holster had gone and the M9 was hovering in the air unable to be moved. In my case I managed to kill myself throwing my weapon instead of doing an F search!

No , no Other player lootet him. Come on ! So many ppl reporting this already. IT IS Bugged! Your corpse is gone right when you Press respawn . Dont say it is not a Bug. EU 5 official Server ... Me and 3 squadmates have the same crap everytime WE die. No Matter a puppet, mech or Player kill us. Its unplayable right now!

BTW i had died yesterday because if bug (motor boat slow comes to raft, hit it and turned over, covered me and crushed me. On the shore. I came back in 10 min - no body. Ok I spent 5 minutes on the shore, pushed boat, pushed raft - and miracle happened - body appeared on the shore. So, probably should wait some time?

next time try to return to the place of death and re-enter the server. The players in the chat on my server said that it works 100%

i had full inventory, no way some1 would take all my trash, it was on flat ground next to a circular mill like structure with some hay inside, the door was locked, it was fully night when i came back so was hard to see, but i ran around with tab open in 20m ish radius

maybe my body went through the wall into the locked structure?

anyways, this game isnt for me, gave up already

Ill say it again, me and several others play on official and have had our bodies disappear right after death. Its funny how the devs are trying to pretend this is not an issue. I know bodies can be tossed far but this is not the case. The big hint is you always find the on hand gear drop near the location of death but no body, no nothing else is left anywhere in the area.

Just to back up what people are saying- I've seen my corpses despawn/disappear with all the gear before me or my buddys can get back to looting them. Private server with just 4 of us playing max.

It's just another bug introduced with the latest patch. I'm sure the dev's will be spending the next year or so fixing all the new bugs they introduced with 0.5. Too bad they don't get some real testers who actually play the game instead of just fan boys that are rampant in the discord channel and think they're better than anyone else.

This bug is there since 0.3 thought. Happens from time to time but not every time. So... chill maybe? Its not fine, its not fun if you loose all your gear but its like starting with a new char. Not so tragic imho. Bugs are everywhere in development. AFAIK they stacked up the team so that they can fix bugs AND develop new features. Maybe they will be faster this time?

What exactly do you mean with the "fanboy discord" thingy? I'm not active on the offical discord so I have no clue :D

Yes, your body will disappear when you press respawn if you die one more time after your initial death, it will not however disappear if you die only once and respawn then, your body will still be in the area that you died at and you will be able to find it, there if timer that you have after you die in wich you need to get back to the body or both your body and loot will disappear.

Yes, your body will disappear when you press respawn if you die one more time after your initial death, it will not however disappear if you die only once and respawn then, your body will still be in the area that you died at and you will be able to find it, there if timer that you have after you die in wich you need to get back to the body or both your body and loot will disappear.

This is simply Not the Case at the Moment , sorry. I died Yesterday on an empty Server (EU 5) Run Back to my corpse in 3 minutes... Body and loot gone , weapons still there ... The hotfix dosent changed that at all. Maybe you guys should Check the server settings or something ? I dont know ... Cant be that alle the Players are dumb all of a sudden and never noticed it before... If there istnt a Bug , then there woudnt be tons of reports since 0.5 .
