Ammunition health
did a brief search for this so sorry if I missed it. Am wondering if the health percentage of ammo effects how effective it is on targets. example 20% 7.92 rounds doing less damage than 100%. I know it'll effect likely hood of misfires. just wondering on this specifically

Hey there OP, no the health of the ammo won't affect the damage it will do.

Don't think there will be. You can't repair ammo, anyway. You'd have to tear it all apart and reload it, which is crafting ammo, not repairing it.

that'd be neat if you could take apart ammo and recycle it to craft new ammo with new supplies but at a lower amount of new supplies or something.

Always wondered how that works... if you put 15 rounds of 100% into the clip first, then 15 rounds of 25% in to fill it up, does it automatically make all 30 rounds into 63% ammo? Or will it shoot out 15 rounds of low-health crap ammo, then the 15 rounds of great ammo?

the way to mix ammo is for e.g. 10 rounds 90% 10 rounds 20% add together to give you 20 @ around 60% then load into mag. With all bolt action rifles it doesnt matter how good or bad the ammo is it will work well bolt action rifles dont jam the only effect is that the bolt works slower however, semi auto and auto weapons will jam on bad ammo.
