Good way to lvlup strength?
level up the strength is like watching doge coin goes to $!, it takes way too long, i was 15/19 gear weight and carrying the tree log jogging, it increasing so little and my is like 3.09625 and it gain 0.00001 at a time. come on and it is impossible to reaches to 8 and even 4. it need a server setting just like food/item decay. i understanding they want us to grinding the skill points but with this rate i will be happy to it goes up 4 by end of year. many of players are more likely looting then forcing on leveling up skills, and not everyone play everyday, so skill point at 3 is doable for many of us.

As in real life, muscles do not build up as quickly as you would like them to. This requires extensive training over a long period of time in order to even notice significant changes. A good method is instead of 15/19 e.g. 23/19 weight, this increases the consumption and you need a lot of protein and fat, but the result is clearly more visible. But that won't change anything in a single day. I started with strength 1, after 3 days I already had strength of 1.3 ~ 1.4. Since I was always at a weight of 19-21 / 11. And that is a very high burden. accordingly, by maintaining the nutrients and training in permanent condition, I was able to achieve results quickly and well without having a dumbbell.

Sprint everywhere. Add a heavy load for even more strength building. I started my character after the wipe with 5 strength and am already at 5.5.

Edit: Hmmm... I guess I always have what the game considers a heavy load on my character because sprinting alone doesn't build strength. I just tested to make sure I gave you sound advice. Anyway, carry heavy stuff with you and eat your protein as I said below. It'll go up faster than you'd think.

Yes, but be aware that if you lose fat you can upgrade your dex, it is a circle you can max out all attributes but intelligence (for now), so I would recommend getting 5 in intelligence and then maxing out everything else. As for OP, this is great advice, you just need to carry a lot of weight on you while stretching your limits and you will be able to get your strength up in no time, be careful to eat correctly, and take care of your metabolism.

Strength gain tends to cap out at +.28880

Most efficient way to level is to crouch walk with log. Better if you can carry just enough weight to get to +.28, for less calorie consumption.

Toggle walk into object. Build a well next to a rock or other structure so you can walk on the spot without moving. Go vacuum for 15 minutes, come back to a few thousand points.

I think you only need 3 in INT for max related skills. Higher than that is for squad size. So if your are solo you don't have to go higher than 3.

i have tried u way to level up strength, crouch and walk with log on the shoulder, i gain 0.00002 each time, my gear weight was 50/20 with a log

Can you share your BCU screen with us? Then maybe we can see the reason for it. There can be many reasons for this. e.g. If you have no fat and no protein, you cannot build muscle. :)

ok the i justt check again, i do gain.28880 and i also gain 0.00002 for the skill( 3.1 atm), i have full protein and full fat and sto fat( full blue bar). sorry for the misunderstanding early

This is how I level everything (except INT) at once. First let your energy get to 30% keep your water above 50%. Wear enough gear to get your weight carry at least double plus 1 meaning if you have 16 carry you want 33 weight. Eat Tuna MRE when piddling around like driving and if running everywhere eat beef stew. Do not eat the cheeseburger MRE you cannot burn the calories fast enough. Your character will whine all the time but you will achieve while moving. max all stats. Rest at 10% stam. I use prone in heavy spawns so i can shoot while regenerating stam. Otherwise I lay down in safe areas. Sardines are good too. Be aware if you have food in your stomach it will have an impact on your dex gain as will fiber and sugar. That is why Tuna MRE is so good. I always use MRE when at 10% or less energy and just one. The goal is to stay below 30% energy. Hope my method of success works for you.

The value 0.2888 is I think the maximum amount of muscle building you can have. In order to build up muscles and see how much, you have to move and have the BCU monitor on during this. Then you see that as soon as you move, you build muscles. If you don't move, you don't train either and accordingly it may be that no value is displayed. I'm not that sure about it right now, but anyone who likes to correct is always welcome.

What can happen is, your character starts bumping the terrain and the action difficulty reduces. It can be awkward to get it right so you can afk for a bit.

From my experience it is easiest to get when held in place between a structure and a rock/cliff. Your character needs to be walking towards empty space to keep moving at full action difficulty, but also squeezed tight enough between objects that you don't move.

Two poles of wooden wall might also work, i'll need to test.*

Best we can do til we get bench press.
