There would be another way using Steam's depot download but that won't work with SCUM since there aren't any "end user" packages published other than the current.
Anyway, I don't think this is making any sense. As far as I can tell, there is currently only one server in the list that runs on an older version which might not even be correct info. Said server is empty, guess why. Note, that rolling back to that version will prevent you from being able to connec to any other server without going back to the current build number, not speaking of the chance to even find that version somewhere.
May I ask why you want to do this?
