SetHealthToItemInHands，What do you mean?
Added new admin command SetHealthToItemInHands that sets health of the currently held item

Exactly. Use values 0 to 1. If you wanted to make it 100 durability you'd use 1. You can go specific percentages by doing decimals. So 73% would be .73
